Household Personal Property Coverage:
Extends property coverage to owners. May be purchased alone or with the Personal Liability Endorsement.

Mechanical Breakdown Coverage:
Available in most states and included in all property policies at no additional charge. This eliminates the need to purchase a stand-alone mechanical breakdown/boiler policy.
